A: Our 360 Photo Booth is available for rent within a 15-mile radius of Southern, CA, and in select areas of North Carolina. Locations or venues outside of these regions may incur an additional fee of $1 per mile roundtrip.

A: Yes, a $150 refundable deposit is required for all events (cancellations only valid 7 days prior to the event date). This deposit reserves your date and is applied towards the final balance due 7 days before the event.

A: The 360 Photo Booth requires a minimum area of 15ft L x 15ft W x 12ft H for spinning and guest safety. We’ll provide safety measures for your guests.

A: Absolutely! However, the provided area must be dry and leveled. We cannot operate in wet, muddy, or sandy environments. While protection isn’t essential in winter, spring, or fall, adverse weather may require us to temporarily halt the booth, potentially disrupting your event.

A: The 360 Photo Booth platform comfortably accommodates 2-4 adults based on guest size. The camera arm can extend up to 3 feet from the platform edge to accommodate larger outfits.

A: 360 videos are shareable with your guests via airdrop, text message, or email through our iPad sharing station. After the event, you’ll receive a link to a digital gallery containing all recorded videos for download and sharing.

A: By default, video recordings last 25 seconds, but they can be configured to extend up to 40 seconds. The duration may be adjusted (between 16 to 40 seconds) based on guest count.

A: Certainly! Upon request, we can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to both you and your venue.

A: We employ the finest automatic 360 Video Photo Booth for consistent, seamless videos on every occasion.
